“I felt safe to be myself and be vulnerable. It was like being with a true, loving friend, not the kind that only tells you what you want to hear.” - Lucia

Hi!
My name is Kristine and I am a coach.
After many years working as a geriatric nurse where I encountered how people think and feel when they are at the end of their lives, coupled with my current job within addiction (substance abuse) psychiatry, I decided to acquire further education to become a coach.
My real life experiences from the health sector and my education have given me great understanding within the field of psychology and given me effective methods to help people create a change in their lives. My husband is a musician which has led to me spending countless hours backstage, in green rooms and on tour. It quickly became apparent to me how many musicians suffer mentally for an array of reasons. The stigma around mental health and nature of a musician's life, make it difficult to break negative patterns and find someone to talk to.
When life is perceived as difficult it can be easy to develop negative patterns and habits in order to gain control over the chaos. I work with my clients to help them become aware of their negative patterns and change them to healthy, positive habits and thought patterns. This will strengthen you from the inside and influence the decisions you make for yourself, leading to improvements in your life in areas such as being a parent, partner, co-worker, leader, or as a friend.
Through effective questions, proven techniques, and conversations where you feel safe, you can be absolutely sure that I will support you and cheer you on until you have achieved your goal. Through the coaching you will learn different methods and tools that can help you shape your life into a life you deserve.
You are the most important person in your life - and the change starts by you making a decision.
